Our company has been using Synchro ERP since approximately 2005, and in that time, it has grown and matured into a very useful and productive software system. One of the most loved and heavily used functions of Synchro, is the History Look-Up. There seems to be nothing that History Look-up can't do.

The support we receive from Synchro is timely and courteous. We always receive a confirmation email to say that our message has been received and what action will be taken. This may be a fix then and there, or if it is a task that will require further work, we receive an email from Synchro that they are working on the problem and will be advised once a solution has been found.. In addition, we receive phone calls when problems are easier resolved over the phone, as well as a weekly call to check in to see if we have any unresolved issues. The time difference often works to our advantage as we can email in a problem at the end of our working day and receive a response to our problem by the next morning as Synchro have been working on it during their day.

We also appreciate the remote support that Synchro provides where they can log into our system and resolve issues without needing to be on site. We have also benefited from remote training sessions, and on-site training. I have no doubt that Synchro will continue to evolve and provide even more useful and productive additions to the ERP system and I look forward to these in future.
