We are quite pleased and satisfied with our experience with the Synchro Team so far. We have always received prompt replies to our queries, the information provided is always relevant, and easy to follow.

As mentioned earlier, Support has always been helpful. Even with the unfortunate incident of the payment not being routed properly by the
bank, Synchro has always been very patient.

The on-site training was very helpful. The initial overview provided to us of Synchro was very informative. We appreciate the structured
approach to the implementation and in hindsight feel that it has been better that we are being introduced to concepts slowly so that we can also fully understand each area, say product master data, before we move forward.

We would welcome more support in terms of configuration of Synchro, the database and the anti-virus. Basically, we are still struggling
with network and database access problems which we have not been able to properly address till date. Also, in certain areas, there are certain country and company specific features which we need more support on. This will become even more vital once the software has been implemented. Hence, support in these areas will be critical for us.
