APCO pushed the system hard…in 5 years we have never had a PILOT install that was worked as hard  or with such scrutiny; And we loved it…dealing with passion and enthusiasm makes us smile a lot!

2010 October: Full install and training…

Q: The value of the Synchro32 PILOT system

Reply: Excellent. Bearing in mind that most software demos are 30-day limited, no save, no print etc, yet Synchro offers a fully functional system (I guess most of them are also completely free mind you, but that's the trade off!).

Q: The content of the Synchro32 ERP software system
Reply: Again, excellent. Same deal in that it's not limited in any way, but also definitely a benefit that you insist on people being trained before being let loose on the system.

Q: The quality of Technical support
Reply: I don't think I've quite experienced support on the same level from any company, from the response time (being global helps I guess), to quickly putting new features/modifications in that work is amazing. Don't change a thing there!

Q: The benefits you may envisage for APCO using Synchro32.
Reply: Coincidentally we're actually considering heading towards ISO:9001 now. If we can get the right mentality change throughout the company then I think we'll be fine, unfortunately that's the main battle at the moment. We're perfectly capable of it, and Synchro is the perfect catalyst/repository/facilitator for going further than we currently are as it's a perfect way of wrapping everything together. Also going into it knowing that it's going to change the way we do things for the better, i.e. forcing systems of doing things is definitely a benefit.

Q: In your opinion has the Synchro32 system met or exceeded your expectations?

Reply: At this point it has definitely met my expectations, as I'd pretty much researched as much as I could about it before the trial, as well as seeing several online demo I sort of knew what to expect. Once we look at implementing it fully and getting all the extra bits like the SFDC up and running then hopefully it will exceed. I've always been one for seeing how far you can push something before it falls over =)

Q: Also for Barbara in Marketing:
Reply: In regards to the license fee, I think the model you guys have chosen is excellent, it's flexible but still gives you the whole system to play with. It also controls our costs to an extent in that we know exactly what we're going to have to budget for to run it.
